  • We do not accept returns on items that have been used or opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

  • Opened or used products (due to health and hygiene regulations)

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected due to not meeting the return criteria, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
